Watching this women try and dock her dough ball makes me wonder if she ever made a pizza before. I would kick her off my makeline. She is just poking at it instead of rolling the edges back. Her pizza's arent even round. she uses's a spoon (Pizza Hut style) instead of a spoodle-no way she would use a spoon over a spoodle. if you google her name nothing comes up as a vicepresident of a major pizza company. Domino's Pizza forbids u to toss pizza in the air like she was doing- (thin middles)and she was terrible at doing it. she didnt work at pizza hut because some other lady has been head of their r@d for awhile (Leah Evans). A news article from googling her name came from ann-arbor home of Domino's. she uses a wooden peel that looks similar to the one pizza hut uses. Things just dont make to much sense about where this lady worked- The biggest clue is the way she was docking her dough- it reminded me of somebody on their first day poking at the dough trying to dock it. u put your middle fingers together touching with your index finger overlaping the other index finger. Haveing worked at Domino's, Pizza Hut,Papa Johns and many others in the last 20 years- something about this doesn't add up. I didnt buy her stuff,i just watched her short info video- but when she is docking her dough- i never seen anybody do it so bad- its like she is playing the piano and poking at it. She also pokes randomly on the edges. if you dont believe me- go to a papa johns or dominos and watch how they dock the dough and it is very different and they dont smash the edges by poking at them. Pizza Hut uses a rolling machine.
